Ayles-Anne Wilson, is a Senior Instructor at the Centre for Education Programmes at The University of Trinidad and Tobago. A career teacher with 42 years’ experience, she has taught at both the secondary and tertiary levels of the public education system.
She obtained her Technical Vocational Teachers Diploma from the John S Donaldson Technical Institute and has a BSc Management (Hons) (UWI), an MA Educational Technology (Concordia University, Montreal), and currently teaches Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Practicum and Business in the Bachelor of Education programme.
As a PhD Ed Tech candidate, her research focuses on the influence of teachers’ technology training on teaching, student learning and the integration of technology in the classroom.
A mother of one daughter and two ‘four-legged’ children, who are the loves of her life, they keep her both grounded and busy. Ayles-Anne is a DIY enthusiast and enjoys tinkering with power tools when the occasional household chore requires it.
